Australian Payments Network

The Australian Payments Network (AusPayNet) selected TRS as their trusted representative to assess their property options. AusPayNet were originally located at Level 6, 14 Martin Place, and presented TRS with a Stay vs Go project. While considering remaining in their current space, they also wished to investigate the Sydney CBD market for a higher quality space. AusPayNet’s key project objective was overall efficiency, with the TRS process and time savings a clear benefit.

Following expert consultation with TRS, AusPayNet opted to Go, relocating to premises at Tower 3, Barangaroo, Sydney. This space was not publicly on the market, and was obtained through TRS’ strong industry connections and knowledge. TRS also advised AusPayNet on the construction of a premium fitout designed to their specific needs. The project delivered a highly successful outcome which saw AusPayNet upgrade to one of Sydney’s most highly-prized new commercial precincts, and involved minimal disruption to their operations and business culture.
