Wrays entrusted TRS with their transaction management and make good requirements. Working closely with the Operations Manager, TRS used their independence, market knowledge and hands on approach to source a variety of options. Wrays’ key driver was to move from 100 Miller Street North Sydney, to a fitted space in the CBD, closer to their clients.
With TRS’ wide variety of market options, Wrays secured an ideal fitted space in the heart of Sydney’s CBD at 1 Castlereagh Street. This project was led by Conor Whiting who successfully met all the needs of the company.
