With TRS’ expertise and market knowledge across the Australian commercial property sector, MST Global selected TRS to represent them as their tenant rep in their commercial lease negotiations in Sydney and Brisbane.
MST decided to make major changes to their Sydney operations by moving all warehouse operations interstate to Brisbane. This resulted in the disposal of the existing warehouse and halving office operations. As a result this grew their Brisbane operations in both office and warehouse space, therefore projects needed to be run concurrently so there was little to no downtime in the transition.
TRS were able to renegotiate a resign at their current Sydney premises with a reduction in size and all warehouse space was handed back to the landlord. TRS also negotiated current make good obligations combined with no make good in the future.
Brisbane moved into a new office and warehouse at 66 Montpelier Road, Bowen Hills which included a turnkey fitout.
Both leases were lined up for future flexibility and TRS were able to leverage working relationships in both states to maximise incentives and reduce future obligations.
