Having interviewed several tenant advocates, Yokogawa conducted reference checks and sourced feedback on TRS before choosing them to assist with their brief to GO as their current site was going to be demolished for apartments. Yokogawa also valued TRS’ strong foundation working with Japanese clients, together with their market knowledge and processes.
Initially Yokogawa’s brief was to find a co-joined office and warehouse facility however in the end this wasn’t feasible, and they looked at separate sites. Their desired outcome was new premises with a modern fitout that reflected their business and change in their working environment which allowed improvement in culture and more effective use of the working space.
TRS kept options open (an ‘open mind’) up to end of the project. The original preferred option became available and with TRS’ flexible approach, agile process and no alliance or allegiance with any building or landlord, they were able to flip from one option to another, saving on the preferred office location.
