Utilising TRS’ extensive market knowledge and independence were able to narrow down an attractive shortlist for consideration and negotiations. Under challenging deadlines TRS were able to negotiate a favourable transaction for a full floor at 1 Chifley Square.
Working in conjunction with transaction services, TRS provided fitout advisory to CountPlus, delivering the project on time and below budget. This fantastic result enabled CountPlus to open its new office on time for its growth requirements.
