As a previous client, Sherpa Consulting, reengaged TRS as they understood the control in costs when using an independent Tenant Representative. Sherpa Consulting’s objectives included a reduction in their office space and an engaging staff amenity.
TRS provided many office options in the location required. This also included market knowledge on rents and incentives to be achieved, with strategy and timing to ensure the best outcome.
After assessing options, Sherpa decided to renew their Lease at their current premises. They were able to utilise their incentive, which was above market, to make some improvements to their fitout and reduce their operating costs.
