As a previous client, Yellowfin appointed TRS for their lease negotiation.
Yellowfin’s objectives were that they required a larger office space and preferred being on 1 floor as opposed to 2 floors, where they were currently occupying. Yellowfin requested a fitout with an abundance of natural light to create an open modern and fresh feeling within the general workspace.
TRS reviewed a variety of office spaces and provided advice on fitout costs and options. An office space option favoured by Yellowfin, included where the Landlord was currently undertaking a building upgrade.
Yellowfin decided to relocate to a larger office space at 473 Bourke St. The building upgrade was integrated with Yellowfin’s fitout work that generated significant savings offering and an excellent financial outcome.
