J-Power appointed TRS to manage their lease negotiations. They were looking to relocate from their current premises which was in a demolition building. J-Power took this opportunity to be in a more cost-effective office with improved facilities for staff and impression for clients. J-Power also wanted an above market incentive.
TRS were able to identify several options, including spaces with quality existing fit outs, or open place space. J-Power was presented with off market information and with TRS’ strong negotiation were able to split a floor which was not previously available. TRS provided advice on market incentives, rents rates and right sizing of space.
With this knowledge, J-Power decided to relocate to an improved building, with superior facilities for staff to enjoy.
