As the assigned tenant representative for AFMA, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project. AFMA were originally located at 95 Pitt Street, Sydney and were seeking to right size their accommodation and enhance the quality of their operations in a cost effective manner. TRS were entrusted to utilise our intimate market knowledge to investigate the Sydney CBD market and deliver optimum negotiation leverage, providing AFMA with several qualified and cost effective opportunities in leasing and fit out costs. On conclusion of all negotiations AFMA opted to Go relocating to 123 Pitt Street, Sydney and used their negotiated incentive to assist with the total fit out cost.
