Talent International

 

As the selected tenant representative of Talent International, TRS was briefed with a Stay versus Go project. Originally located in the heart of the financial sector of Sydney, 123 Pitt Street, Talent International were seeking to upsize their operations aligning their Sydney business operations with their new brand image and to transcend this office presentation to their national offices which were also entrusted to TRS to negotiate on their behalf.

TRS were retained to do a complete investigation on the Sydney CBD market and deliver optimum negotiation leverage to provide Talent with several qualified opportunities. At the conclusion of negotiations, Talent International opted to Go, relocating to 201-217 Elizabeth Street, Sydney and used their TRS negotiated incentive towards their fitout design and no make good terms and conditions, overall achieving their key objective aligning themselves to their new brand constructs.
