Seeking an independent tenant representative, Natixis appointed TRS for their Sydney project. Natixis’ current premises were fitted out in an unusual layout, making it difficult to utilise the space well. It was also an older, tired fitout, and as such, Natixis were looking to modernise their premises and enhance their workplace environment. While a possibility was remaining in their space and refitting, Natixis wanted to explore the market and understand their options.
Following an extensive market search by TRS in what was a tight leasing market with limited stock, TRS used their market insights to identify several suitable spaces. Governor Phillip Tower at One Farrer Place was attractive to Natixis given it aligned with their operational and cultural requirements, was located in Sydney’s financial district and had views spanning Sydney. In such a volatile market, TRS’ ability to efficiently negotiate Natixis a strong deal was a key value add.
As TRS had become a trusted advisor of Natixis, delivering successful outcomes through the Transaction Management process, Natixis also selected TRS for their Fitout Advisory service. TRS worked to ensure Natixis’ requirements and budget were the core drivers of the design and construction process. The resulting design was a bright and modern space, complementing their rebranding. The office consists of a generous breakout, attractive reception and both open plan desks and private offices, aligning with their needs.
Overall, the partnership between Natixis and TRS resulted in outstanding outcomes. Natixis’ new space revitalised their workplace operations and culture and perfectly reflects their new company vision going forward.
