The Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA) is a professional association with members drawn from banks, brokers, securities companies, fund managers, and energy traders.
A previous client of TRS, AFMA needed some help to determine their space requirements, and find new premises which would appeal to staff and members.
TRS was able to assist by providing clarity on AFMA’s space needs, as well as identifying some suitable buildings for relocation. We were also able to give market intelligence on financial incentives and landlord contributions.
After considering the options, AFMA decided to relocate to a new building with good natural light and high-quality facilities for staff and members.
