Amber Australia wanted a market review to decide whether; to increase slightly from their current office space or remain in same size same location.
As TRS has no agenda to move its clients, the priority was to achieve the right outcome for Amber. TRS provided market options on rents and incentives in the CBD with their current space as a comparison.
After assessing options, strategy, and timing Amber decided to stay. Amber received an above market deal due to TRS’ strong negotiations with the current Landlord.
