Australian Eggs appointed TRS to manage their lease negotiations, fitout advisory, and make good negotiations. TRS’ independence appealed to Australian Eggs, as well as their ability to advise on all three property services. Given their need for more space and an upgraded fit-out, Australian Eggs’ preference was to relocate within North Sydney.

Upon TRS’ extensive investigation of the market, Australian Eggs elected to relocate to 132 Arthur Street, North Sydney. Australian Eggs’ fit-out was considered carefully, as they didn’t want a lavish fitout, but needed to enhance their workplace culture. As such, TRS worked to manage expectations on both client and contractors sides, and achieved an attractive but modest fitout which accommodated their current and future needs. The project overall was highly successful and aligned with Australian Eggs’ business and cultural objectives.
