Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA)

Re-elected by the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) to act as their assigned tenant rep and transaction managers for their commercial lease negotiation, TRS was briefed with a Stay versus Go project. The Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) were located at 45 Clarence Street in the Sydney CBD and went to market to seek greater savings from their landlord whilst considering all available lease options.

TRS investigated all possible avenues available in the Sydney CBD market and delivered Australian Orthopaedic Association significant options within the market place. The TRS process provided high level negotiation, leveraging alternative properties to bring about significant savings.  In conclusion, the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) opted to Stay at 45 Clarence Street, Sydney utilising the incentives negotiated by TRS to reduce premises costs.

Parties involved in the transaction

  • Independent Advocate: TRS acting on behalf of Australian Orthopaedic Association
  • Landlord: DEXUS
  • Property Company: No Agent – TRS negotiated directly with Dexus

We value the assistance TRS provided in locating & selecting alternative premises that met our specifications, while organising a variety of alternatives for the redevelopment of our premises. This is AOA’s second collaboration with TRS. We were happy with our first TRS project & we continue to hold TRS in high regard.
