Nominated to represent BA Insurance Systems in their commercial lease negotiation, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project. BAIS were located at 317 Pacific Highway, North Sydney – these premises were originally owned by BA Insurance System however had been recently sold. They were seeking to lease new office space with the desire for a higher grade property in North Sydney. TRS investigated the North Sydney market, identifying several qualified opportunities. On conclusion of all negotiations BAIS opted to Go, relocating to 90 Arthur Street, North Sydney using their incentive to assist towards their fit out and OPEX.
