Bridge Housing

Due to the upcoming demolition of their current premises at 1 Lawson Square in Redfern, Bridge Housing engaged TRS to act on their behalf with a Go project.  Bridge Housing liked the independent approach of TRS to source cost-effective solutions.

As a not for profit organisation, they were looking for efficient use of their funding, functional space to support their business needs, large front of house space for client interfacing, together with being close to public transport for their clients’ benefit.

Conducting a continuous and thorough market search, TRS found them a quality space with good facilities and an ideal location at 59 Goulburn Street that was close to public transport.  As the space already had a partial fit out, this also minimised their fitout costs.
