Representing BTS Australasia in their tenant negotiations, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project, due to BTS Australasia seeking to upsize their current business premises.  BTS were located at 61 York Street, Sydney and required internal operating flexibility to enhance their operations. Entrusted to deliver on these requirements, TRS utilised our intimate market knowledge of the Sydney CBD providing higher grade opportunities with substantial negotiation leverage for BTS.  On final selection of buildings and at the conclusion of the negotiations, BTS Australasia opted to Go, relocating to 39 Martin Place, Sydney utilising the incentives negotiated by TRS to obtain a key objective: designing and constructing a brand new fitout.
