TRS had a thorough understanding of their national footprint, for both new space and the disposition of unrequired space. This enabled time efficiencies on their project as TRS had a clear understanding of Chandler MacLeod’s needs.

Chandler MacLeod briefed TRS with a ‘Go’ project aligned with their seamless refitted offices throughout Australia. Culture and a favourable location were key objectives and considerations throughout the project.

TRS determined the appropriate space Chandler MacLeod required, and conducted an extensive independent search on the Brisbane CBD market. Exceptional negotiation was required from TRS to provide Chandler MacLeod with several potential opportunities. During the final decisions, they relocated to 120 Edward Street, Brisbane.

The space appealed to Chandler MacLeod as it aligned with their cultural and operational requirements. The central location also provided Chandler MacLeod with the convenience to visit their clients.

TRS’ successfully negotiated a strong leasing deal for Chandler MacLeod. The effective TRS staged process resulted in the relocation on time, and within budget, meeting Chandler MacLeod’s needs.
