Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) appointed TRS for their lease negotiations due to their Independence and extensive market knowledge that provided CEFC with a greater financial outcome in the current market.
CEFC were focused on Premium and A Grade assets with a NABERS rating of 5 and above. CEFC were able to inspect all viable options in the CBD where TRS then negotiated the best outcome to suit CEFC’s needs.
CEFC were able to renew at 1 Bligh Street with an outstanding financial outcome negotiated using TRS’ extensive market knowledge.
TRS added significant financial value to this project through their staged process and strong negotiation by leveraging options in the market.
