Concierge Traveller were looking for a tenant advocate to represent them who had good market intelligence and were able to think laterally about their Stay versus Go project. They entrusted TRS as their representative and presented them with three scenarios: Stay and sublease extra space, Stay and surrender extra space, or Go. TRS were able to use their expertise to source alternative available space in the market, while also looking at the option of staying in their current space at 332 Kent Street, Sydney – Concierge Traveller occupied 72O sqm over 2 levels and only needed 36O sqm.
Following expert consultation and negotiations by TRS, Concierge Traveller decided to Stay in their existing building, taking a new lease of 36O sqm and surrendering their space on Level 4. This avoided the need for relocation and higher costs.
