As the reappointed tenant representative of long term client Contract Pharmaceutical Services, TRS was briefed with a Stay vs Go project. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, TRS evaluated the viability of two options; building a new facility with an office space and assembly house or extending their current lease under agreeable terms. TRS used their unmatched market knowledge and independence to assess this unique situation and meet the needs of Contract Pharmaceutical Services.
After careful consideration, it was established that their current space at 5 Eden Park Drive North Ryde was the most viable option and Contract Pharmaceutical Services opted to Stay.
