Cor Cordis again entrusted TRS as their tenant representative following the success of their previous Sydney project. TRS was briefed with a Stay versus Go project. While Cor Cordis were willing to consider all options, their requirement for more space meant their preference was to relocate. Originally located at 55 Clarence Street, Cor Cordis wanted to move away from their conservative building and office space. As such, TRS investigated the market for an eclectic space to create a modern environment for staff.
Upon the review of several attractive options, Cor Cordis opted to Go, relocating as the first tenant in the brand new One Wharf Lane development at 161 Sussex Street. The project marks the continuation of a successful collaboration between TRS and Cor Cordis, with the stylish and spacious workplace achieving Cor Cordis’ key cultural and operational objectives.
