Assigned with an immediate need to grow and occupy a new premise, TRS went to market and were able to shortlist a wide variety of opportunities in a very tight market within the Sydney CBD. Utilising our extensive market knowledge and independence we were able to narrow down an attractive shortlist for consideration and negotiations. Under challenging deadlines TRS were able to negotiate a favourable transaction for a full floor at 1 Chifley Square.
