Deaf Connect is a whole-of-life service provider and social impact organisation for deaf, deafblind and hard-of-hearing Australians.
They were looking to renew their lease, and being a not-for-profit meant achieving the greatest savings was a top priority.

The analysis showed a space reduction was possible, which increased Deaf Connect’s negotiation leverage with the landlord.
