Drake were in more space than they required and TRS undertook an analysis of the space finding it was inefficiently utilised with larger offices and desks than required for its current business.

Drake ended up staying in their current premises at 55 Collins Street, Melbourne as they had the capability to incorporate and support facilities for their client base within their tenancy – this requirement took shape later in the process.

Through discussions with the Landlord, TRS negotiated certain components of the lease on their existing level to allow for an upgrade of the space to support changes required, which included the client facilities.
