Maintaining their existing relationship, ESKER appointed TRS to renegotiate their lease to secure a reduction in OPEX cost. In 2020 Esker took a short-term lease extension, so they were looking for a longer-term strategy this time.
Esker were seeking a more effective space, with minimal disruption to essential business operations. There was also a preference for an improved building presentation and amenity, that included increased incentives to minimise cost.
They considered potential relocation options presented by TRS which were within their budget. TRS also negotiated a strong renewal position in Esker’s current premises.
TRS were able to negotiate an above market incentive, with savings over Esker’s current costs at their current premises. Esker renewed their lease at 227 Elizabeth Street.
