Foster Stockbroking engaged TRS for their lease negotiations. With the intent to renew at Foster Stockbroking’s current location, they also wanted to evaluate other options in the market. They were looking to maintain suitably presented building, within their budget requirements.
TRS were able to identify several opportunities that suited Foster Stockbroking’s changing business requirements, that also aligned within their project scope. TRS provided advice on fitout costs and maximised incentives for each option.
After review of each option and comparing to their current lease, Foster Stockbroking decided to relocate to 275 George St, that resulted in a reduction in OPEX costs with an above market incentive.
