Genesis Recruitment, a long-term client with a strong relationship with TRS, appointed TRS to look at downsizing their Sydney premises to suit their business needs and create a more effective use of the space required.
In a tight and difficult market TRS used their market knowledge and proactive approach to search market opportunities until the right option was found with Genesis Recruitment relocating from 16 Spring Street to 6 O’Connell Street, Sydney. TRS were able to negotiate settlement on the new tenancy for Genesis and to also advise them on make good.
The move provided a new space that suited their business requirements, a fitted tenancy which suited their ongoing needs and as only some minor modifications were required, this resulted in little capital expenditure.
