Getinge engaged TRS as they were considering a different office location and aiming to reduce their space requirements due to change in business operations.

Their preference was to upgrade the amenity offered to their staff, both within the building and in the surrounding areas. They wanted a maximised incentive, minimal CAPEX spend was also a priority, using an existing fitout as an option.

TRS identified several opportunities which suited their requirements at different locations and also demonstrated fitted and non fitted options.

TRS provided test fits, to ensure space requirements were achieved and guaranteed the inclusion of Lessor’s works into the HOA. TRS sourced a favourable building in the heart of Chatswood’s business district that had an existing fitout suited to Getinge’s needs.
