Representing Harley-Davidson in their tenant representation negotiations, TRS was briefed with a Stay versus Go project, with Harley-Davidson seeking to develop a space that fully incorporated their future business needs both; office space and workshop facilities.  Harley-Davidson were located at 2 Lyon Park Road, in suburban business park Macquarie Park, and required both a suitably sized and well-functioning business premises.  Entrusted to deliver on their core needs, TRS utilised our independence, experience and intimate market knowledge in property negotiations to investigate, provide and highlight options that would cater for Harley-Davidson’s overall needs.

At the conclusion of the commercial tenant negotiations, Harley-Davidson, opted to Go, relocating to 1 Sirius Road, North Ryde utilising the incentives negotiated by TRS for a brand new fitout, that facilitated both the office and workshop with the best financial options negotiated for their overall premises costs.
