HLB Mann Judd briefed TRS as their tenant representatives with a Stay versus Go project. HLB Mann Judd were located centrally in the CBD at 2O7 Kent Street, Sydney and were looking to: right size their accommodation, gain flexibility and enhance their overall business operations. TRS were to use this knowledge and investigate the Sydney CBD market, to provide property opportunities and greater negotiation leverage for HLB Mann Judd. On conclusion of all negotiations, HLB Mann Judd opted to Stay within 2O7 Kent Street and used the incentive TRS negotiated for them to both redesign and reconstruct their existing fitout.
