Seeking a tenant representative, Incitec Pivot Limited (IPL) entrusted TRS to advise them on the lease negotiation for their Melbourne headquarters. TRS’ independence was a favourable attribute to IPL and was a key driver in TRS’ appointment. IPL briefed TRS with a Stay versus Go project. TRS’ extensive knowledge of the Melbourne market was valuable to IPL. This allowed them to access a wide variety of property options. Upon assessing these options with TRS’ independent advice, they opted to remain in their current premises at 28 Freshwater Place, Southbank. IPL was very satisfied with the outcome.
