Following a very poor initial offer from their landlord (DEXUS) on lease renewal negotiations, Jellinbah Group selected TRS as their tenant representative to undertake a market search and to assist in creating negotiation leverage to achieve a better deal to Stay and maximise their savings at their premises at 12 Creek Street, Brisbane. TRS’ processes, combined with market knowledge helped create competitive “tension” in negotiating with Jellinbah’s landlord which resulted in an improved offer to Stay. A very successful outcome was achieved for Jellinbah with not only considerable savings but also additional landlord’s works over incentives.
