Following a very poor initial offer from their landlord (DEXUS) on lease renewal negotiations, Jellinbah Group selected TRS as their tenant representative to undertake a market search and to assist in creating negotiation leverage to achieve a better deal to Stay and maximise their savings at their premises at 12 Creek Street, Brisbane.
