As the elected tenant representative assigned to manage the commercial lease negotiations for Jirsch Sutherland in Sydney, TRS were entrusted with managing the transaction of Jirsch Sutherland’s Queensland office. TRS was briefed with a Stay verses Go project. Jirsch Sutherland were located within Serviced Offices at, 320 Adelaide Street, Brisbane and were seeking to move from their current premises to a location that would accommodate projected growth. 

TRS investigated the greater Brisbane CBD market and were able to provide visibility of all options in the market at the time, for fitted space.  On conclusion of all negotiations, Jirsch Sutherland opted to Go to 127 Creek Street Brisbane, and used their negotiated incentive for OPEX reductions.
