Representing Kumon Australia, in their tenant representation negotiations, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project, due to the significant evolution of Kumon Australia outgrowing their exiting premises.  Kumon were located at 207 Pacific Highway, St Leonard’s and required both a suitably sized and vibrant premises that effectively reflected the core values of their business.  Entrusted to deliver on Kumon’s requirements, TRS utilised our intimate market knowledge of the greater Sydney market to highlight locations that would efficiently support: their space requirements, enhance the quality of their operations and reflect Kumon Australia’s overall image.

At the conclusion of the negotiations, Kumon Australia opted to Go, relocating 799 Pacific Highway, Chatswood utilising the incentives negotiated by TRS for: access to site to construct a brand fitout and reduction in premises costs.
