They sought an independent company that would expertly assist them right size their accommodation, gain flexibility in their working environment and enhance the overall business culture and operations.
TRS were to use this knowledge and effectively investigate the Sydney CBD market on behalf of Lacima Group. Market investigations combined with TRS’ expert market knowledge provided a range of commercial property opportunities and greater negotiation leverage for Lacima Group’s negotiations.
On conclusion of all negotiations, Lacima Group opted to Go, relocating to 56 Pitt Street, Sydney and happily rightsized their business operations.
