Acting on behalf of Mortgage Choice, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project. Mortgage Choice were located at 182-186 Blues Point Road, North Sydney and were seeking to consolidate their operations to one floor within an A Grade property in North Sydney. Through consolidation, Mortgage Choice would save on both leasing costs and space.  TRS were to investigate the North Sydney market and deliver optimum negotiation leverage providing Mortgage Choice with several qualified and cost effective opportunities. On conclusion of all negotiations, Mortgage Choice opted to Go to 100 Pacific Highway, North Sydney and used their negotiated incentive to assist with the total fit out cost.
