National Credit Insurance (NCI)

 

As the national tenant reps for National Credit Insurance (NCI), TRS was briefed and asked to evaluate a Stay verses Go project for NCI. Located in North Sydney at 53 Berry Street, NCI was seeking to align their business operations with a result that would reflect their marketability as the leading trade credit insurance broker throughout Australia. Along with this, they sought our as part of their core objective to upgrade their current internal facilities, TRS had been reassigned as NCI’s tenant representative due to our independence, pure transparency, heightened client services and persistence within the commercial market place.

TRS were required to investigate all options in the North Sydney precinct and deliver optimum negotiation leverage and valid opportunities for NCI and their future business operations. At the conclusion of negotiations, NCI opted to Go, relocating to 99 Mount Street, North Sydney and used their TRS negotiated incentives partly towards constructing their fitout. All NCI’s key objectives were attained at the conclusion of negotiations.
