NIB

NIB appointed TRS to support them on their Sydney office lease negotiations and fitout advisory. NIB’s primary aim was to consolidate three offices into “one NIB”. Having acquired World Nomads Group, NIB’s key driver was to merge the cultures of its three Sydney offices into one location. This featured open spaces, natural materials and social amenities; breakrooms and areas that encouraged wellness. Working closely with NIB’s Head of Procurement and Facilities Manager, TRS used their independence, transparent process and market knowledge to provide NIB with a wide variety of options.

Working under challenging time constraints, TRS’ structured process assisted in the consolidation three locations into one collective space. World Nomads Group’s previous locations at 680 George Street, Roden Culter House, along with NIB’s 52 Martin Place moved to their ideal new space at 1 Farrer Place. The lease was negotiated collaboratively with the key stakeholders; landlords, TRS and NIB. This generated time and money savings for NIB. TRS’ fitout advisory was seamless, engaging on a proactive basis with NIB, the design group and construction company allowed for a successful project completed within 5 months. This project led by TRS Founder and Principle, Mark McGrath, successfully aligned with NIB’s financial, space and location goals.
