Acting as the official representative of the NSW Fire Brigade Employees Credit Union, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project. NSWFBCU were located at 233 Castlereagh Street, Sydney and were seeking to relocate due to a potential demolition clause and sale of the building. Using our independence to cover a wider market was critical to NSWFBCU, in conjunction with clear reporting and advice on best market practices. TRS were to investigate the Sydney market and deliver similar cost property options together with anticipated costs on fit out and a total relocation budget. On conclusion of all negotiations, NSWFBCU opted to Go to 1 Oxford Street, Sydney using their incentive to assist with reducing OPEX and the total fit out cost.
