Odgers Berndtson appointed TRS to manage their lease and make good negotiations. TRS’ independence, track record and collaborative nature of their processes appealed to Odgers. With their previous space in North Sydney having an inefficient and outdated fitout, Odgers elected to GO with a preference to relocate and reposition their business and brand in the CBD.
After researching various options in the CBD, TRS were able to source a unique space in the centrally located 2 Bulletin Place building which provided an above market incentive, 2 floor orientation and layout. The project overall was highly successful and aligned with Odgers Berndtson’s objectives of a tenancy that reflected their unique brand.
