Panasonic engaged TRS, as their independent tenant advisor. They valued TRS’ strong reputation in working with Japanese clients, together with their market knowledge and processes.

Panasonic’s desired outcome was to locate an office with showroom and warehouse. They previously had no showroom and wished for an impactive area for customers to review well displayed Panasonic products. The challenges of this project were that the ratio between office/showroom and warehouse was the same, where normally warehouse would represent significantly more area than office/showroom.

TRS located a premises within the required area location, with partial fitout that had the ability to convert the office to showroom, with an appropriate size warehouse that was adjacent.
