Parametric again entrusted TRS as their tenant representative following the success of their previous Sydney activity. TRS was briefed with a Go project. Parametric’s space in the MLC building was more than they required and there had been a significant rental increase of 4O%. The challenge for TRS was to find an A- Grade space for Parametric’s requirements of <15O sqm.
With TRS’ deep understanding and knowledge of the market, they were able to source a small suite for Parametric at 259 George Street. Due to the more effective use of space in this tenancy, the size and rental costs decreased, with employee count remaining the same. TRS’ effective processes enabled the project to be delivered within a very tight timeline of 4 months in an A- Grade building where supply is limited.
