As the nationally entrusted tenant representative of ACCO Brands (formerly Pelikan Artline), TRS were directed to act on their behalf in their commercial lease negotiations in Western Sydney. Briefed with a Stay vs Go project, TRS engaged the wider Sydney market to investigate suitable options for ACCO Brands. ACCO Brands had previously engaged TRS and understood the value our experts could provide to achieve an outstanding result for their business.
ACCO Brands sought a premises that consolidated their operations in a centrally located warehouse that would offer flexibility for future growth. Entrusted to deliver on these requirements, TRS utilised our intimate knowledge of the Western Sydney market to highlight existing properties and greenfield sites that met their needs.
TRS’ independent market search provided ACCO Brands with extensive property and site listings. On final selection and at the conclusion of all negotiations, ACCO Brands opted to amalgamate operations and Go to the newly built facility at 68 Lockwood Road, Erskine Park. TRS effectively negotiated a lower cost per square metre than any other sites they were originally located in and ensured future rights of expansion for business growth. The efficiency of the TRS process completed the relocation within budget and ensured the construction was finished on schedule.
