As the selected tenant representative of Peoplebank, TRS was briefed with a Stay verses Go project. Peoplebank were located at 15 Blue Street in North Sydney and required both a suitably sized and conveniently located premises.  Entrusted to deliver on Peoplebank’s requirements, TRS utilised our intimate market knowledge of the Sydney CBD and North Sydney market to highlight locations that would efficiently support: their business operating needs.

At the conclusion of the negotiations, Peoplebank opted to Relocate, within the same building at 15 Blue Street, North Sydney utilising the increase on their incentives negotiated by TRS for: reduced rental and savings through no variations in their contract.
