TRS represented Pillar Administration in the process of property search, negotiations and fitout advice for their new head office located in the Sydney CBD. As one of Australia’s leading superannuation administration providers, Pillar was looking for a new head office that was reflective of their client base.
TRS was briefed with a Stay versus Go project. Pillar Administration was originally located at 83 Clarence Street, Sydney and TRS were to investigate the Sydney CBD market as well as consider re-structuring their existing premises for future business operations. Pillar opted to Go, relocating to adjacent premises at 1 Margaret Street, Sydney and used the incentive TRS negotiated for them to design and construct a brand new fitout thereby achieving their key objectives.
