Representing PIMCO Australia in their Sydney lease negotiations, TRS was briefed with a Preference to Go project. PIMCO sought out TRS because of our reputation as independent and trusted advisors, offering them an easy and smooth transition into relocation. PIMCO had outgrown their existing space, but were also looking to transform the look of their workplace to demonstrate the relaunch of the business within Australia.

Entrusted to deliver on PIMCO’s requirements, TRS conducted an extensive independent search of the Sydney market, providing PIMCO with a wide range of potential building opportunities. They specifically sought vacant, unfitted premises.

On final selection of buildings and at the conclusion of the negotiations, PIMCO Australia opted to Go, relocating to 5 Martin Place, Sydney. TRS also advised PIMCO on constructing a sophisticated fit-out which reflected their updated image. PIMCO used the incentives negotiated by TRS for early access to site for fitout; reduction in premises costs; and savings in their future make good negotiation. PIMCO was highly satisfied with the end result, which is not only visually stunning but aligns with their business requirements and their new rebrand.
