After the successful negotiation of Qudos Bank’s new headquarters in Sydney, TRS was reappointed to act as the independent tenant representative for the retail Brisbane branch relocation. TRS was briefed on the specific site requirements and used unmatched market knowledge to source a number of possibilities.
Qudos Bank’s previous address, 832 Gimpy Road Chermside, was unable to provide the customer exposure needed for a new cashless operation. This made it essential for TRS to find a new specific space in a specific location where high foot traffic was prevalent. TRS negotiated at a faster than normal pace, to secure an agreement on an ideal space at 16O Racecourse Road Ascot, finalising the deal within 5 weeks.
The project was completed efficiently and Qudos was delighted with their new premises in the desired location. This project strengthened the relationship with TRS.
